Denim Review & Giveaway: Meltin’ Pot Jeans
Italian jeans just suit my soul so wonderfully… especially ones as lovely as these Meltin’ Pot jeans. The Mika style fits my preferred denim aesthetic perfectly: slim, with a clean medium wash and acomfortable fit. And, let’s be honest… a little stretch in your denim never hurts! This Italian-based line has been around for quite some time, but hasn’t really gotten the stateside recognition I believe it deserves. After all, the jeans are flattering, well-made and affordably priced (at around $130 US for the Mika!)… what’s not to love?I will admit, they’re hard to find in the states. It’s kind of disappointing (though Yoox has been known to carry a decent selection), but if you can get your hands on a pair, I’d highly recommend it. I’m a little put off by the metallic decor on the back pocket and label, but I wear tunics and oversized tees almost exclusively… it’s an easy fix.http://wp.me/pTPbc-vS
